2018: challenges and opportunities
2018 is coming with new challenges and opportunities in the ecommerce industry. The EU’s GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) will come into effect in the UK and Europe in May 2018. It will impost much higher and stricter standards of data consent and control on data owners, with serious breaches due to be punished by severe fines. What does this mean for ecommerce and nopCommerce? Does it fundamentally change the way we collect and use data in nopCommerce? And how do we gear up to alter our solutions and architecture to adhere to this regulation. In a world of constant change, it can be hard to predict what’s next. 2018 may bring a lot in the future of ecommerce. Let’s see how we approach some of these trends and exploit the opportunities in nopCommerce. How we harness the technologies in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence and provide that personal touch to the customers, which can clinch a sale in-store, can now be achieved online. How and why Chat Bots are the next big thing and how they will completely change the customer experience in ecommerce and how can we implement Chat Bot solutions in nopCommerce. Also, let’s explore the solutions available for nopCommerce in Marketplace and Social Media Integration.

Divide and Conquer: How to Put Your Customer Segmentation Strategies on Auto-Pilot
Gone are the days when marketers used to send one and the same marketing message to their entire customer list. In todays, highly competitive markets making the most of your customer base is a must if you want to be successful. He will show how this service is used by Nop-Templates.com and other nopCommerce online stores to increase conversions and drive more sales.
